Early-stage transaction definition
Decision Framing is conducted before a capital commitment is fully formed. A transaction may be advancing, terms may be circulating, but the commitment boundary has not yet been written down.
The session defines the decision in one sentence, lists embedded assumptions, and identifies where downside would sit if those assumptions fail.
